Prevent Re-occurrences of Migraines

Riboflavin is a B vitamin. The WONDER SUPER vitamin.
It can be found in certain foods such as milk, meat, eggs, nuts, enriched flour, and green vegetables. Riboflavin is frequently used in combination with other B vitamins in vitamin B complex products. Vitamin B complex generally includes vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6, and folic acid. However, some products do not contain all of these ingredients and some may include others, such as biotin, para-aminobenzoic (PABA), choline bitartrate, and inositol.

Riboflavin is used for preventing low levels of riboflavin (riboflavin deficiency), cervical cancer, and migraine headaches re-occurrences. It is also used for treating riboflavin deficiency, acne, muscle cramps, burning feet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, and blood disorders such as congenital methemoglobinemia and red blood cell aplasia. Some people use riboflavin for eye conditions including eye fatigue, cataracts, and glaucoma, and.

Other uses include increasing energy levels; boosting immune system function; maintaining healthy hair, skin, mucous membranes, and nails; slowing aging; boosting athletic performance; promoting healthy reproductive function; canker sores; memory loss, including Alzheimer’s disease; ulcers; burns; alcoholism; liver health and prevent liver disease; sickle cell anemia; and treating lactic acidosis brought on by treatment with a class of AIDS medication called NRTI drugs.

How to get rid of Migraines...

I have suffered from Migraines for at least 25 years...this was the end of my rope, I recommend the ten day cleanse, body and soul. I pray it works for you.

Migraines and “Ten Days” start today; this may be day one of a life time of pain relief.

Often headaches are regarded by patients as a disturbing an unpleasant symptom. But migraines can be totally debilitating. So what causes Migraines?

Migraines are often severe and may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, throbbing, sharp pain, and sensitivity to light and sound. Sufferers may experience pain lasting for several hours and up to three days after an attack. Most of Migraines have most common dietary offenders or dietary triggers such as nuts, aspartame, monosodium glutamate, (MSG), alcoholic beverages, caffeine intake or withdrawals, (tea, chocolate /cocoa products), tyramine (some cheeses), nitrites / nitrates (salami, hot dogs, spinach, radishes, cabbage, lettuce, celery), sulfites, simple sugars, garlic, hot spices (cayenne pepper), or horseradish and others, including some nutritional supplements such as excessive intake of Vitamin A, Iodine a blood thinner. Larger amounts of Vitamin B1(tin).

Twenty-five years ago headaches was supposed to be a psychosomatic angiospastic algia. Certain unusual forms were thought to be caused by triggers like anger, cough, exertion, and sexual activity. Experimental research explored the role of circulating serotonin, prostaglandin, estrogen levels, and platelet abnormalities have change this perception completely.
Caution: There are usually warning signs before a migraine come on, alerting the person to the fact that a headache is looming. Vision disturbances such as flashing lights, eye pricks, blind spots or fuzziness are common. Mental confusion and a metallic smell are also pre-migraine symptoms for some. The vast majority of sufferers do experience one or more warning signs, though some people don’t know when a headache is imminent.
New studies have been held with accredited medical data such as computed tomography, helical computed tomography, and scanning or magnetic resonance imaging evolved. This new data has become available in many medical renowned medical journal reports such as “BMJ” British Medical Journal. The newer reports have demonstrated that the liver may be involvement and may even be a cause of some triggers to Migraine headaches. This mini-review intends to cover the spectrum of brain alteration in the liver and the how it cleanses blood toxins and disease. It describes some of the path-physiological characteristics of hepatic encephalopathy and, also, the relationship among migraines, constipation, and liver involvement in Migraines.
Therefore, we have taken a leap of faith, and suggest that you first keep a diary on what types of foods are consumed on a daily basis, restrain from any type of vitamin supplements. Try to get as much sleep as possible without any type of sleeping aid for a ten day period, and to add some type of liver cleansing over the counter medication, and absolutely no alcohol.
This may be the first day of a life without pain. Start today.
The Function of the Liver
Within the human body is an organ that is incredible in the amount of work it does daily. The liver is one of the largest organs in the body, and the heaviest weighing in at over 3 lbs. It is a smooth, cone shaped organ that is protected by the rib cage on the upper right of the abdomen. It carries out over five hundred different processes every day involved with filtering and regulating the various chemicals in the body. Some of its many duties are:
• Aids in digestion
• distributes nutrients in the food you eat
• removes toxins from the blood
• stores glucose
• filters chemicals
• helps to get rid of old blood cells
• maintains the blood sugar level
• and many more things
Most amazing of all is that it regenerates itself! Your liver can continue to keep functioning even after losing up to ninety percent (90%) of its cells.
Because it does so much when it is not functioning properly the whole body can run amok. With as many environmental pollutants as humans are exposed to in modern society the liver is often worked beyond it's ability to cope and over time it ceases to do it's job effectively. As the liver functions less effectively the body begins to have illnesses and begins to break down. Some of the health problems associated with a toxic liver are:
• constipation
• bloat
• headaches
• acid reflux
• high cholesterol
• overweight/obesity
• underweight
• PMS
• Allergies
• Asthma
• Fibromyalgia
• Diabetes
• Skin disorders
• Depression
• Fatigue
• Dark circles under the eyes
Luckily the liver is resilient and these illnesses and trends toward illnesses can be reversed. It is important to also cleanse colon and Kidneys to get the full scope of toxins removed.
